As part of our service work for NJHS (raising money for leukemia), we sold tickets so you could wear a hat to school.  I love hats...so, here I am in my fedora!  I got the yellow vest  this week at Wet Seal..part of BOGO free clearance...so it was 9.99  for 2 vests (I also got a shiny red one) less my Wet Seal card 10% discount...so each vest was 4.49! JC Penney bargains!  JC Penney is a confusing store.  Individual stores run sales totally differently.  One store had their big clearance sale right after Christmas and another store just had their big clearance sale last week.  On Monday stuff was marked down $3.97 - 6.97  by Thursday it was all $1.97!!!  A few weeks ago all their boots were $9.97 (reg $100++).  The boots in this outfit were a Christmas present.  Mom bought them in October from Forever 21for $5.99 (light brown and dark brown pair...can't buy just one and that price) Here are the details:
