Here's an outfit I wore to school. JC Penney has some great bargains at the end of the season. Right now they are running their green tag sale when all clearance is marked either $1.97, 4.97, $9.97 depending on the original price. After a few weeks, they sometimes mark everything down further. About a month ago, my mom got a black eyelet strapless dress that was originally $70 that was marked down to $2.97 less 50% for a grand total of $1.48!!! . Now that's a bargain!
