My mom was in Asheville, NC this summer and she said they have some fun boutiques. Not very many bargains but unique stuff. Thats where she got this purple skirt layered in tulle. Reminds me of a ballet tutu! The tulle was alot longer than the skirt and I didn't like that so I cut it shorter. Here are the other details:
